Exchange and Return Policy

Easy and Simplified Exchange and Return Policy

1. Applicable Items:

   • Only bras are eligible for exchange or return.
   • Panties, briefs, lingerie sets, and items bought in packs cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
     
     

2. Charges for Exchange and Return:

   • For returns, a fee of ₹50 will be deducted from your refund. This applies to partial returns as well.
     
     
     

3. Sale Period Policy:

   • Items bought during a sale cannot be returned.
   • Bras can still be exchanged during a sale with a fee of ₹70 per order.
     
     
     

4. Conditions for Exchange/Return:

   • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests after this period will not be accepted.
   • The product must be in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
   • Worn, stained, or damaged items will not be accepted.
   • Exchanges are only allowed if the new product’s value is ₹200 or more.
   • Items received as freebies or bought in a clearance sale cannot be exchanged or returned.
     
     

5. Packaging and Processing:

   • Properly pack the product for return/exchange to avoid damage during pickup.
   • Processing time for refunds or exchanges is 5-7 working days.
     
     

Feel free to try on items but take care to maintain their condition. If you have questions, contact us within the specified time frame!

 

Figure fit reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges if the product(s) being returned are not in acceptable condition. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. For prepaid orders, if canceled, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
